Guided Ring of Kerry Tour

Travel along the coastline of the Iveragh Peninsula and discover the Ring of Kerry. Take in spectacular scenery as you pass through Killarney, Killorglin and then to Glenbeigh, where the cliff road offers panoramic views of the Dingle Peninsula and Dingle Bay. Continuing to Cahirciveen you will pass the birthplace of national hero, Daniel O’Connell. Arrive in the seaside town of Waterville where Charlie Chaplin used to have his holiday home. See his statue in the center of the village. Next, visit Sneem Village, famous for its brightly colored houses and then travel through the mountains to Molls Gap and Ladies View with stunning views of the famous Lakes of Killarney. Bursting with life and beauty, Killarney is a must-see – overlooked by mountains and flanked by the lakes.

Dingle Peninsula Tour

Enjoy a tour on the Dingle Peninsula and in particular along the magnificent Slea Head, famed for its lovely beaches and ancient monuments. Slea Head is also one of the last remaining Gaeltachts – a region in Ireland where locals speak Irish or Gaelic on a daily basis. On Slea Head, the blue of the marine landscape surrounds the Blasket Islands, deserted since 1953. A visit to the Blasket Island Centre reveals the story of Blasket Islanders and the unique traditions from the area. Finally, enjoy some leisure time in Dingle, a town famous for its seafood, fishing, pubs and vibrant atmosphere.

Blarney Castle

Attracting visitors from all over the world, Blarney Castle is situated in the village of Blarney, close to Cork city. Built in 1446, it is one of Ireland’s oldest castles and one of the strongest fortresses in Munster. The Blarney Stone, also known as the Stone of Eloquence, is built into the battlements of the Blarney Castle. According to legend, kissing the stone endows the kisser with the gift of gab – great eloquence or skill at flattery.

Blarney Woollen Mills

Built in 1823, Blarney Woollen Mills was originally known as Mahony’s Mills and provided valuable employment to the people of Blarney and surrounding areas. It was a water-powered mill and it produced tweeds and woollens for the home and export markets. In 1976, Chris Kelleher, himself a mill worker, bought the old mill property. Within a short period of time, Kelleher and his family transformed the mill into what is perhaps the largest quality craft shop in Ireland. Today, Blarney Woollen Mills is Ireland’s largest Irish store, selling a massive range of Irish Gifts including Waterford crystal, Belleek Fine China, Royal Tara, Celtic Jewlery and Aran Sweaters.
